Strategy and Transformation campaign with historical national manufacturing firm

Gravitas Group where brought onboard to work with Lebus Upholstery one of the UK largest furniture manufacturers with history dating back to 1840. Our team helped to run a series of ongoing internal communication campaigns to assist Lebus transition into an Employee Owned Trust and implement new communications tools such as a new website to better represent the brand, and internal "social media" network for its 500+ staff and a series of experiential events and projects. We have been the agency of record with Lebus since early 2021 and continue to work alongsise their team on various projects and campaigns.
